Tap "Create Account" on the login page. Fill in your full name, email, and phone number, set a password, and verify your email with the 6-digit code we send you. You'll be ready in under a minute.

On the login page, switch to the "Merchant" tab and tap "Register Your Shop". Fill in your shop details and contact info. A jomKawan admin will review your application and email you once it's approved (usually within 24 hours).

Vouchers are exclusive discounts from verified welcoming shops — things like "20% off a haircut" or "RM10 off groceries". You claim them in the app and redeem them by showing a QR code at the shop. No printing required.

Open your claimed voucher in the app and tap "Show QR Code". Hand your phone to the shop staff — they'll scan it and complete the redemption instantly.

Every shop on jomKawan has been personally visited by our team and has signed a pledge to provide fair, respectful, and welcoming service to all customers — including migrant workers and newcomers. If any shop breaks this pledge, we investigate and can remove them.

You can use jomKawan in English, Bahasa Melayu, Bengali, Hindi, or Tamil. Change your preferred language anytime in your account settings after you sign up.
